I picture that such a plan must amortize the cost of the distilling plant over many years. If it is too many years, the
process will become obsolete because of progress in solar energy. Picture advances in nanotechnology causing
solar energy to become cheaper than new coal fired plants by 2013. This would be a very short time over which to
amortize the cost of a new plant for distilling newly grown organic material. Distilling garbage and waste organic
material will probably be cost effective, but we could easily build more than enough plants to satisfy that need.
