Why are robots tested and humans are not?
As I stated in the previous question, the most complex thing that people can do with the human ear is to
detect emotions in another person’s voice. I asked a number of humans if human judges are tested for
their ability to read emotions with their ears before they are appointed or elected. Everyone I asked said
that there was no such test.
Robots used to detect lies in humans are tested quite thoroughly before being allowed to practice as a
lie detection professional.
