procedures like a computer, that there would be no understanding. The problem is that his
"robot" as described is way too slow to simulate any mechanism which could show any
intelligence at all. So what? Come up with a different analogy, John. One which could
conceivably execute instructions as quickly as a modern supercomputer or human brain can.
