We all have seen the news pictures of people who lived on the beach in Florida as the
hurricanes come and destroy their homes and possessions. Are we to feel sorry for their loss
or for their stupidity? Even if they escape death and rebuild again, they are still stuck with
the same brain that they had before and they are likely to rebuild the same weak structure in
the same risky location. Is there no way of fixing these human's brains?
