Monte Hall Problem Error

One has to be very careful when posing the Monte Hall Problem.  There is a car behind one door and
nothing behind two doors.  It is now important to state that Monte Hall in every case must allow you to
choose your door and then he must and always does open one of the other doors and show you that
there is nothing there.  In a variation, there might be a goat rather than nothing behind the doors not
having the car.

The puzzle is well-posed at the following location: http://www.jimloy.com/puzz/monty.htm
But other locations do not state it well:

The real Monty Hall doesn't always offer the contestant the opportunity to switch doors.  Let us state the
problem in more detail as follows:

Monty Hall offers to allow the contestant an opportunity to switch 75% of the time and he does it
randomly.

Monty Hall offers to allow the contestant an opportunity to switch 75% of the time and 50% of those
times it is when the contestant choose correctly and the other 50% of the time is when the contestant
choose incorrectly.
