A group of guys are all aware of the plaque buildup in their arteries. They all meet once every
month and play poker and discuss their activities regarding their heart problems. It turned out
that each man had about the same plaque buildup in their veins.
Bob, Jim, Don, Sam and Joe
Bob went ahead and had a triple-bypass surgery at the local hospital.
Jim went to the Cleavland Clinic for his operation. They used a DaVinci robot to assist the
surgeon.
Sam decided to wait for better techniques to be developed. By 2015, the robot proceedure
was much improved.
Joe decided to wait for better medications that would reduce the plaque without an operation.
