Predicting the Future
We're organizing a day long seminar on Existential Risks in California for November 14,
2008, which will focus on the new Global Catastrophic Risks volume Nick Bostrom and Milan
Cirkovic edited. That seminar will take place the day before the two day (Nov 15-16)
Futurist UnConference co-sponsored by the World Transhumanist Association, the
Foresight Institute, the Immortality Institute and the Singularity Institute. So plan to be
in Mountain View California that weekend.
