You stated that you disagree.  Perhaps you would prefer if I stated my contention with a little less
emphasis.  Let me restate that job elimination has always been accompanied by the creation of new
jobs.  Agriculture used to require a lot of labor before the invention of mechanical devices to assist the
farmer.  Rather than requiring 90% of the labor as was once the rule, industrialized countries can grow
all of their food with less than 3% of the labor.

Isn’t it true that eliminating those agricultural jobs actually increased the standard of living for people
and that the people who had done farming found other jobs?
