Why not have a means to control the weather?
XelleX SyS (formerly known as Cellex Systems) is accepting RPQ for proposals which address weather
control. Needed is a design for objects (miniature airplanes?) which ascend to great heights (fly?) and
extend their presence (unfurl a reflective flag?) whilst obtaining their energy (solar?) from the
environment (sunlight?) and blocking the sunlight in such a manner as to:
Affect the amount of energy reaching the planet Earth.
