Why not have a means to prevent comets from striking the Earth?
XelleX Systems is accepting RPQ for proposals which address control over whether a comet, asteroid or
other "celestial body" should collide with the Earth and thus end life as we know it. Needed is a design
for objects (rockets?) which ascend to great heights (shoot up?) and extend their presence (strike at a
particular angle?) whilst obtaining their energy (solar?) from the environment (sunlight?) and prevent
mass destruction to the Earth.
