software, FaceIt, to search for potential criminals and terrorists in attendance at the event. it found 19
people with pending arrest warrants.
Of the 3 million or so people who have an iPass for automatically paying tolls in Illinois and cooperating
states, 50,000 credit cards expire each month.

Visionics Corporation, the leading developer of facial recognition technology worldwide, has announced
today, that through its partnership with MetaData, a Mexico City-based software integrator, its FaceIt(R)
technology has been adopted in an effort to eliminate duplicate voter registrations in the Presidential
elections, which will pit opposition candidate Vicente Fox Quesada against the incumbent party's
candidate, Francisco Labastida Ochoa this coming July.
"This is the first time that a national government has used facial recognition technology for the sole
purpose of eliminating duplicate voter registrations. We are pleased to be able to deliver the technology
