Relative Free Will
If a mechanism exists in an environment which contains sufficient ability or intelligence to
predict that mechanism, then we may say that that mechanism does not have free will, even in
watches and knows how they work, etc. does not have relative free will. If a mechanism M
exists which is too complex to have its activity predicted by other mechanisms in the
environment, then we may claim that the mechanism M has relative free will.
