Restoration of a damaged brain

In a continuation of the story about Janet, consider Jim, who is a rich uncle to Janet.  Jim is
trying to construct his will so that when he dies next year he will leave money to Janet so that
she can pay for what ever procedure will restore her brain and relieve her parents of worry.
How should Jim's will state such a desire so that it will be carried out properly?

Can a will be written such that Janet is provided for ten years followed by the opening of
another will clause which will stipulate the cloning of Janet and the updating of the new
brain with the older personality?

Do we want to take the new cloned child and imbue her with the somewhat doubtful mental
paterns of a person who has lived a half-century with a damaged cerebellum?

In ten years, will there be new laws passed to take care of these difficult decisions?  Since
humans are not that bright, could Jim leave the future decisions in the hands of robots?  How
would he stipulate which robot since they don't exist at the time of writing the will?
