Will Robots Write New Software?
Operating systems, word processors, spreadsheets, email programs. Would they be cheap
and given away like Google's Chrome OS?
When will computers be developed that can write software such as that for a word processor?
The specifications for the actual program would have to be precise and detailed.
Another possible program would be a database management program.
If someone comes up with a new database program such as one that is node and network
based, there is probably difficulty finding humans who are used to using such software. Would
robots be educated to use it and then it would be accepted?
