Mary Says She is a Liberal, but she is a conservative
Are you in love with concepts which were invented in the 19th century? Then you just might be a
conservative. Do you prefer to use a treddle sewing machine to sew your clothes? Then you just might
be a conservative. Do you prefer to shop at mom and pop stores to shopping at Wal-Mart? What is
wrong with you? Don't you like the fact that they are putting solar cells on the roofs of all of their stores?
You like the mom-and-pop stores where they have black tarpaper instead?
Consider that you might call yourself a Liberal to hide the fact that you are quite old-fashioned,
conservative and backward thinking.
