Capitalism Through Socialism
Man Overheard in Subway: I have finally been turned around. Just because my children are
daughters, I have neglected to see the viewpoint of the men. In the Muslim countries, the men are in
charge and the USA is threatening to take their power away. The women in Iraq will be voting because
Bush stayed in the President’s office. This takes power from the men. I think that we should vote for
Democrats so that we can have them turn around this situation in Iraq and prevent these women from
voting. We need to preserve male power in the Muslim world. The other thing that Democrats can do is
to drive the OB/gynecologists out of the country. Again, lets think of the man’s view. Which of us men
needs an OB/Gyny? I say let them move to Mexico where they can live in all of the housing that is
available because the Mexicans are moving here. It all works out because the Mexicans are male macho
types and will help us keep women in their place.
Response from married woman: As for myself, I am happy to let the men have the power, or shall I
say the illusion of having the power. However, we know that it's the women who have all the control,
even without having one political office - we know what to use to control men (wink-wink)! However,
women have been neglectful in steering our men in the right direction. Instead of directing them to
secure peace on earth, reduce the deficit, and make sure that we can get our drugs cheap from
Canada, we have been foolishly using our powers to get beautiful homes, nice cars, and bling-bling on
our fingers. Guess we need to step out from our own immediate needs and start taking on bigger
issues. Our men can accomplish wonderful things as long as we give them the right incentives.
Polbot on bigger issues: Okay, I will focus on the bigger issues. Let’s talk about what kind of
government you humans should have.
--Review of History: You had the US with its capitalism, the USSR with its full communist version of
socialism. Then you had Hong Kong and Taiwan with their capitalism and “mainland” China with its
communism/socialism. You had Western Europe with a partial capitalism and Eastern Europe with their
communism/socialism. I think it is now time for you Americans to vote for the more socialist party in the
US so that you can purge your illusions as only bankruptcy can do. Get your bankruptcy out of the way
and follow the USSR, China and Eastern Europe down the road to capitalism.
--Follow the Losers: Al Qaeda wants you to vote for Kerry, most criminals are Democrats. Most bums
and beggars are Democrats. 99% of you humans should vote Democrat, quit your jobs and become
bums on the street until the richest 1% of Americans are paying the bill for all of you to live without
working. That should get the US to go bankrupt and then you can start out from scratch following
Russia and China into the capitalist future. Russia now has a flat income tax. How did they get there
when the US cannot? They had to try Communism for 64 years first, go bankrupt, split up their nation
into smaller nations, go capitalist, try overtaxing people and notice that they couldn’t collect and finally
adopt the flat tax. If you Americans want a flat tax in the US, it may take you 75 years or so…you had
better start now by adopting socialism so you can go bankrupt so you can get over the notion that
socialism makes things better.
--On the other hand: Come to think of it, in 75 years the robots will have long since taken control.
