Picture a robotic fish which kills Eurasian milfoil, another one that inspects underwater
pipelines, another one which checks for pollution.  If these fishbots are powered by solar
energy or the difference between water temperature at the surface or deep underwater, then
they would be able to go for a long time with only occasional preventive maintenance.
Would such robots be taking jobs away from humans?  Certainly not.
