What type of calls can I make with my iPod touch?
With Vonage Mobile for the Apple iPod touch you can call any international phone number
outside of the United States in the world at our really low rates. It`s just like any other mobile
call-only no plan is required!
Can I link together my Vonage Mobile and Vonage Home accounts?
No, Vonage Mobile and Vonage Home services are two separate services. At this time, it is not
possible to link the two accounts in any way. This means there will be two separate bill cycles
and two credit card charges.
Where can I get a headphone with a microphone for my iPod touch™?
You must have a Generation 2 iPod touch to use Vonage Mobile service. You should get a
headset from the Apple store or use other Apple recommended compatible headsets.

You will know you are connected to Vonage Mobile on the iPod touch if you can see the

* Within the dial screen you will notice the Vonage Mobile logo in the number entry field.
* You will be able to view your current credit balance in the bottom left corner.
* Once you are successfully connected to Vonage Mobile you will be able to place Vonage

How easy is it to install Vonage Mobile on my iPod touch?
Very Easy! You will need to go to the Apple Application Store from your device or the or the
iTunes store to download Vonage Mobile. When you go to the iTunes Application Store, you
will need to download the Vonage Mobile application to your iPod touch by synchronizing
your device with your iTunes.
How do I get Vonage World Mobile?
Go to vonagemobile.com/get_app to download the latest version of the application.
How do I know I am making a Vonage Mobile call?
You have to be in the Vonage Mobile application to make a call so you would have to launch
the app. You will also hear a special Vonage mobile ringtone indicating that your call is being
made via Vonage Mobile.
How do I add credit to my Vonage Mobile account ?
Once you set up your credit/debit card details your account will automatically refill with a
pre-defined amount of Vonage Mobile credit whenever the balance falls below your selected
amount (lower balance limit). This is great to avoid running out of credit at the wrong time!
There are several ways to setup and manage your Vonage mobile Auto Refill:
Web Refill
1. Login to your Vonage Mobile account using your screen name and password which takes
you to the "My Account" page.
2. Next, use the "Add Funds to My e-wallet" section to select a "When My Balance Goes Below"
amount, choose your refill amount and add your credit/debit card details.
3. You will then be directed to the "Main Payment" screen where your credit/debit card
details are required. If you have already added your bank card details you can simply select
this option from the drop down list. Your balance will be refilled automatically whenever it
drops below your present level.
4. We will send you an email confirmation of your auto-refill.
