Brains Will Diverge as technology becomes pervasive

Brains will be punctuated when humans choose differently.
When additions to the human brain become available, some humans will choose to have an
operation to improve their intelligence and some will not.

The result will be some people whose IQ was less than someone will all of a sudden be more
intelligent than that someone.
